    Introducing

    The Sunflower Solar Pump
    FIND OUT MORE

  • About Futurepump

There are 500 million one-acre farmers around the world. The technology that Futurepump is developing is designed to tap into the needs of this huge global market. The Sunflower irrigation pump is both robust and portable. It offers smallholder farmers a cheaper, cleaner and more sustainable alternative to costly and polluting petrol or diesel pumps.

Irrigating crops on demand leads to more reliable harvests. It also gives farmers the opportunity to grow and sell crops out of season, bringing huge economic benefits to the farmers, their families and the wider community.

Futurepump is currently focusing its operations in Kenya and is working in partnership with iDE.

  • Info and pricing

The Sunflower is a portable, robust solar irrigation pump aimed at seasonal vegetable farmers. Petrol and diesel pumps are expensive and lock farmers into recurring fuel costs.

    payment plans.

    • Pumps up to 12,000 litres per day of irrigation water
